Our Specialty is Designing and Making Custom Jewelry.
Our custom designs span the entire spectrum of jewelry-making in silver, gold, platinum and hand engraving.
With over four decades of experience, we regularly exceed expectations through our attention to creative detail, craftsmanship and technical expertise.
Custom designs are not only unique but are precisely made to suit personal taste. Barry guides each client personally through the design process and helps them create timeless pieces that will be passed down for generations. Barry explains the fabrication processes and various ways your dream might become a reality. If the client needs to "see" it, we also offer computer aided design (CAD) renderings as a method of communication.
In addition to custom work, we offer jewelry repair and restoration, special ordering, watch repair and spectacular firearms engraving.
We Strive to Exceed Your Expectations!
We pride ourselves on the quality of our custom jewelry and we want clients to feel the same pride when wearing beautiful pieces from our store. Ask our clients. They will tell you how pleased they are with our work and with our service.
A man with a passion for jewelry creation, Barry opened his first retail store in 1974 in Jonesboro. Called The Mother Lode, Barry focused on making silver and turquoise jewelry.
In 1979, Barry opened a trade shop in Oklahoma City doing work for chain stores.
1984 brought him to Northwest Arkansas where he opened a trade shop for a large retailer, taking care of over 1000 of their stores at that time. Soon after this move Barry started to do custom designer jewelry for the public out of the front of the shop.
The current store at 206 W. Walnut in historic downtown Rogers, AR, was purchased and renovated in 1995. Golden's Designer Jewelry made the move full retail offering custom design, repair, and special orders.
